What do you need to get started?

• Time and dates of the games, with an identified, single point of contact for scheduling
• Game(s) time length and half time period
• If there will be more than one game per field, identify the time period between games
• Number of REFEREES requested, as governed by the sanctioning body
• Number and location of fields to be used, identified on site coordinator (do you have use permits?)
• Gender and age range of players (are they registered and insured?)
• Any REFEREE reporting requirement
• Person responsible for fee and service payments.
